Who I am & how I can help you
I'm Nicki Perkins, Mind Body and Soul Coach and creator of EFT in Italia & Lovingly Plant-based, my other website, which is dedicated to Plant-based nutrition.
I am fascinated about the connections between the mind, body and soul because my own personal journey and healing has shown me that we are far more than just a physical body; we are a beautiful vibrating frequency, a part of the infinite Quantum Field.
My passion is helping others find clarity, balance and a higher vibrational frequency. We do this by uncovering and transforming limiting beliefs and redundant subconscious programs that have dulled and hindered your greatness up until now, so that you can create new ones which are more aligned to the 'new you'.
In reality, this 'new you' has always been present; it always has been and it always will be, that's who you are, that's your true essence.
It's just beneath those layers that you have created.

I use traditional EFT (Gary Craig's original method) and also my own technique, Metaphysical Tapping which embodies other modalities I have studied and am certified in.

I am an EFT International accredited Advanced EFT Practitioner and completed my training in London with two of the EFT Founding Masters, receiving my certification from and accreditation with EFT International (previously called AAMET). The Association for the Advancement of Meridian Techniques is the largest professional EFT association in the world. All EFT Practitioners and Trainers registered with EFT International have had their qualifications validated and have signed up to mandatory CPD & Supervision, and to the EFT International Code of Conduct and Ethics.
