Weight Loss & Body Confidence Group Tapping Program
Number of participants: 4-6 Duration of each session: 90 minutes Number of sessions: 7 This program is designed to help women on their weight loss journey at whichever point they may be. The goal of this 7-week program is to change your beliefs about weight loss, lower the anxiety which often surrounds it and help you feel motivated to make some positive changes.
You don't need to be familiar with tapping to follow this program, as I will be guiding you through each step. Each session is in person on Zoom where we tap on the following topics:
Removing limiting beliefs around weight loss
Gaining clarity on why we overeat
Anxiety, stress, overwhelm & emotions which cause us to overeat
Abundance & Law of Attraction Group Tapping Program
