These past 18+ months have been difficult for many people. We are so used to living in this state of stress that it has become the new normal. This 'new normal' however isn't synonymous with peace and wellbeing, on the contrary, it's making us tired, unproductive and often unwell. Luckily we don't have to live constantly stressed; a Dr Peta Stapleton study showed that 1 hour of EFT done in a group lowered cortisol levels (cortisol is a stress hormone) by 43%!
This 3-week Tapping group is to 'loosen the valve of that pressure-cooker' in order to release built-up stress and lower cortisol. You will learn the basic tapping procedure so you can carry on the practice during the days between sessions and well beyond once we have finished. Included:
