The ‘perfect’ diet will not be perfect however, if we’re holding onto anger, sadness, frustration, or resentment for long periods of time and if to this we add a diet high in processed foods, sugar and refined flour, it's not a stretch of the imagination to see how those emotions can be exasperated, leaving us feeling empty and spent.
